What is the name of this greek myth?

I'm writing an essay tonight and I need to know what the name of this myth is:

Its about these two humans who fall in love. One of them dies, and the other is so sad he travels to Olympus and prays to the gods for her return. They grant his wish on one condition: he must not look behind him on his journey back to earth. IF he does, she will vanish forever.

Then, he up and looks behind him.

What is the name of this? Please help!

What is the name of this greek myth?
It's about Orpheus, the musician and his wife is Eurydice, a nymph.

Orpheus and Eurydice
Reply:I think I might be able to help here. By your other thread and by the other answers, you clearly know that it is Orpheus and Eurydice.

However in the myth he is so grief stricken he goes to Hades to ask for her release, not to Olympus to ask for her return. One of the crucial parts of the story was that he heard footsteps behind him but when he stopped the footsteps stopped. He thought Hades had pulled a trick on him and angrily turned around to go back and confront him only to see the misty figure of his wife disappear.

It might be easier to find sources that agree with that interpretation than the Olympus one.
Reply:Orpheus and Eurydice.
